Returns & Exchanges

At Sin Temor, every piece is carefully inspected and packaged before it makes its way to you.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage collection, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bysintemor.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is due to an error on our part, our team will work with you to make it right.

Please note that the vintage pieces we curate have lived a life before us. Natural signs of age, wear, or other characteristics noted in the product description are part of the piece and are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.
